Hi Everyone, update time! For those interested Mike is running with Number 11898 on Sunday for ARC in a Red T-shirt. Let me know if you spot him as I may never see him again!!!!!! except at the beginning at Blackheath in the morning. will we meet again in the afternoon and will he still be able to walk?!?!
