Hi - introduction 2008/05/14 16:27 Karma: 0
Wow, hasn't this place changed! Great to see it much busier.

I used to be on here a long time ago as "bit of both" but keep losing my log in so decided to re-register and try and get involved again

I've got TBs and a QH (really my mums). I worked with QHs and rode western way back in 2003 when I worked on a cattle station in Oz. Fell in love with it and came home wanting one but really struggled to find anything suitable.

We now have a cracking little mare, Carryon Jaguar's Lady. My mum bought her unvetted against my advice so we've had some soundness "issues" and then we had real bother getting a saddle to fit. All good to go now, just as a light hack due to "issues" but hoping to breed from her next year (she's already had 2).

Sorry for the longest introduction ever I get carried away. Looking forward to "meeting" you all and reading up on your horses and learning lots more!

Away to find out what is on in Scotland.

Jill x

Hi jill, nice to have you back! yes, the site is a lot busier these days - sometimes I miss whole threads if I can't get on for a while, bit different to when it started eh?!
think there is quite a lot going on in Scotland, hope you find plenty to do!
regards, Amanda
