Hoping to do show on Sunday! Can anyone please tell me the distance between trotting poles? Also you have to walk between poles and backup then lope off about 1/4 turn to the right first. Any hints how to do this?

its 4 of your feet (approx)one in front of the other for english. not sure if its the same for western. not much help am i!? good luck at the show though!
