Just had the WES points booklet through. Does everyone have the points they expected for the shows attended last year? I don't seem to have points in certain categories I thought I would and have more than expected in other categories. Is it only me?

Im pretty sure some of mine are wrong also, my horse i calculated should of had a few more western riding points and prelim pleasure, and i should have lots more horsemanship points, or so i thought anyway

I also dont understnad in the booklet why some older riders, ones which would not of been youth riders in WES ever have rather substantial youth points...riders like Evelyn Dash David Brindley and Scherie all have a rather large number of youth points

Yes i know what you mean about youth points Doug has some in Horsemanship and he wasnt even in the country!!! I also don't understand why some people have minus points in some of the columns? Also why have they put the showmanship points in the youth category, i know previously they didnt even put Showmanship points in the booklet at all. Otherwise all my points are correct i think, i tend to lose count over the year i'm afraid so i just have to take their word for it.

Can anyone official out there shed any light on these questions? I competed on two horses last year and no points have been allocated to one of them at all, despite several good placings, whilst the other has trail points without ever competing in a trail class.
It makes you wonder whether everyone will be competing in the right categories this year.
