I get to ride many horses, including a world class bred reiner (Topsail Whiz/Smart Chic Olena), who will always produce results, a superb Appy (who has taught me more about riding than any trainer).
However there is a special horse to which I have connected to in a way that far surpasses any human friendship I have enjoyed. He is a 5 year old 14 hand Buck Skin out of Nu Chex.
This little fella has reminded me what riding is about, I will be showing him next year and it does not matter if I win any BR or NRHA event, because to me this super little horse will always be a winner. Every time I ride him, I walk away with a sense of purpose. He alike me have many things that need to improve.
He is ultimately my four legged friend, the relationship I have with Pee Wee is worth a thousand blue ribbons. I hope other people can relate to this,
