What is a fair selection process?

Please if we as members want the Council to listen to the membership, then we have to give them a clue as to what our opinions are.

Councils are elected to represent the views and interests of the general membership. They are not mind readers.

Lets be radical and debate the issue in this public forum. At least then we are being honest.

A selection process needs to be quantative in order to remove sujectivity, declared to all members.
