Does anyone have any recommendations for a western saddle fitter? (midlands). Preferably to check the fit of my western saddle and if it doesnt fit, also one that sells and fit second hand saddles? i cant afford to pay loads for one. I'll obviously also need to sell mine too (if it doesnt fit - circle y).

You could try Don Fechner at the Boots and Saddles Co, he's moved to Leics/Lincs(??) I think... he fitted my saddle last year and absolutely no complaints so far, he travels around a lot anyway. If your saddle doesn't fit, don't automatically expect any saddle fitter to take it for resale/part-ex, they may only take the makes that they distribute.

I can second Maria...She really knows her stuff, she has the welfare of the horse at the forefront of her mind rather that the sale of the saddle!
