Hoping to do show on Sunday! Can anyone please tell me the distance between trotting poles? Also you have to walk between poles and backup then lope off about 1/4 turn to the right first. Any hints how to do this?

its 4 of your feet (approx)one in front of the other for english. not sure if its the same for western. not much help am i!? good luck at the show though!

Many thanks guys. I am joining on Sunday so don't have a rule book but found it on their site and sorted my self out.
