Just wondering if its a local problem but the test stations are quoting 4+ weeks to get a appointment anyone else haveing problems.... yikes maybe I should get a trailer

My dad owns a haulage company, and I remember him telling me in January of this year, that he was having to prebook his trucks and trailers in at the testing centre six weeks in advance....!

In our experience that's a normal time-frame for plating. It's a real pain.

I've had 2 7.5 tonne boxes tested this year. This first one had a 6 week booking time. The other we went on standby for the first cancellation and still waited over 4 weeks! So I'm guessing that's a pretty standard time frame.
