Do they sell a wider one? If they do surely the company directly would sell you one? Hope you get it sorted.

yes they have one size bigger, the biggest they make, which is the one I need. I ordered one through the on line shop of the manufacturers but didn't ever get a reply, thankfully I didn't part with any money!
