I emailed the Horse TV channel ( www.horsetv.com/ ) - thought it might be the easiest way to find out if they will be on UK TV. Their reply is as follows:
Thank you for your email and interest in The HorseTV Channel. We are a new network, so our current primary focus is on domestic distribution. We would hope to take our programming worldwide at some point in the future, but there aren?t any immediate plans. Please do stay in touch with our growth and progress through our website, where you can also chat with other horse lovers on the new chat room link. Thank you again for your support.

Well no suprises there then... Producing a TV show is very expensive and a commercial venture. You must get a return for your investment...or it's a labour of love...in which case you cannot expect any type of return on your time or investment. Just like running running a website then...
