I really have enjoyed this site - especially the long discussions that often lead to very informative information for those of us who are new to the western community. Many names are now becoming familiar and it is fun to meet people at shows and put faces to names.

I have a Mac computer, so it worked great with your banner heading. Nice and professional looking without being fussy. I also like the new topics at the top of the page and can quickly check back in the day with a press of a button!! How sad am I ;D

It is always with a sinking heart and a flash of panic that I click on a 'Favourite' and find a different home page staring at me , almost insolently! You think you have just cracked it and then you have to think about pressing new buttons. I tend to drop my jaw and glaze over.

I admit to being an 'old mare' and the thought of anything new sets the old hormones (what's left of them) in a spin - and this time was no exception. Especially as it is always a bit of a technical challenge for me to actually find the start button on the computer to start with.

Having settled the old jangled nerves with a cup of tea and a much sought after cigarette (bang goes the New Year Resolution then!) I stare at the new screen thinking, 'Well, that's it - I enjoyed it whilst it lasted - back to ebay for entertainment!'

The nice thing about this site is that there really is no reason to panic - it is just a variation on a theme. I find admin's sites so easy to comprehend and feel like he is gently leading me down the remedial 'technophobes' path to recovery. Phew!

Lovely site and nothing to be frightened of, I prefer it actually and much kinder on the eye. Just a few tweaks really, with plenty of promise to come.

Well done. I admire your work and compliment you on it's 'user friendly' abilities.

If you can win me over then you have done a good job.

You spotted it... just a tweak or three. Moved the drop down menus from the top to static menus on the side (they always seemed to either get it the way or I would move my mouse too far and loose the menu altogether >).

Balanced the left side with the right and made the whole site a bit wider so as to accommodate more content.

I'm now thinking the header is too big... what's the general opinion?

As always it will be work in progress... just to keep you all awake! :-*

hi mr admin, i think the new website looks great, i like the new banner but am having slight problems re the layout but its probably the old laptop i'm using - it can't cope! i especially like the side banners - great idea.
