We went to the Stars and Stripes show yesterday - it's part of the BSPA show and the classes are organised by UKPHA and also open to non-paints.
Altho I think the show's main team were slightly oblivious to us Sue and Rob Painter did a fab job of putting on some WES classes for novice combinations. It was hubby's first show with our new horse (we don't discuss the couple of disastrous outings with the last horse, who was only interested in galloping about!) and he had a lovely time. Usual friendly western atmosphere, good classes and whoopee, three rossies!
Great start to the season, highly recommended!
