I have to say that I am really enjoying working with this horse, he has such a great attitude and communicates back to the rider.

Working on trail obstacles helps keep him fresh, he is very careful over poles and copes well in all exercises.

Spins- Not an area of great concern with Pee Wee, for these sessions I use a snaffle bit and draw reins. I have my inside hand fixed, placing his head so tha there is a slight turn to the inside. i then ask him with a light touch from the outside rein and a bit of encouragement by bumping him lightly with my foot (only if he doesn't move off the rein alone). Pee Wee does not maintain his spin of his own accord and therefore need continuous press/release to keep his spin going. This used to annoy me a little, but when you stop asking he stops moving. This works really well as he never overspins (I should also note that he spins quite quickly)

I did work a little on his circles, he holds his frame so much better now. No lead change work at the moment giving him a rest for a couple of weeks.
