It is NOW a legal requirement that all horses/ponies MUST have a current and upto date passport.
You will not be able to sell a horse without a passport and there will be certain drugs a Vet cannot prescribe without a valid passport. There is also a fine up to £5000.00 for non compliance. Your passport MUST accompany YOUR horse on every journey.
