We attend many of the major English and Western Horse Shows
and welcome Mail Order.

We will also be delighted to see Personal Callers at weekends and Bank Holidays, by appointment only. Please telephone or Email us to arrange a visit and to make sure we are not away at a show, etc..

please send a cheque made out to
'D.A.L.E. Western' stating your requirements. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please Email us indicating the items you require and we will advise availability and give you the postage costs. Then click on the PayPal button below to pay. (Or we can send you a PayPal Invoice if you would prefer)
If you prefer, you can print off and send in the Order Form which appears on the three merchandise pages.

(24 hour answerphone).
Goods are usually sent out from stock within two days,except for special orders.
(If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just return it for 'no quibble' exchange or refund. It would help us if you could give us a reason for returning the item, as we aim to provide satisfaction and make improvements where necessary.)
PLEASE NOTE: Most of our customers are wonderful and repay our trust by paying their bills on time, however for the minority who do not, we regret that we will now have to impose a 5% interest charge after 30 days. We are also having to ask for a 50% deposit on special orders, owing to several customers placing an order and then purchasing elsewhere. Apologies but it does cost money to 'chase up' late payments and purchase special orders
