This page shows brief details of youngstock currently available for sale. All these yearlings are wormed and have been handled, led and loaded onto the trailer. They all live out. They are extremely muddy and woolly at the moment but we will try to update the photos from time to time. If you want some more pictures please ask and we will see what we can do. All photos are strictly working clothes!! Just ask if you want more info and we will do our best to help. All are genuine and open to vet. We will consider realistic offers on any of our youngsters. Acorn Tinselette
This purebred sorrel yearling filly is by Tinsel King and out of Fancy Napoleonette. She should mature at around 15hh. She has a good temperament. She will probably be quite forward going. Lettie would be ideal for someone looking for a one-to-one relationship with a horse as she needs time to bond and needs someone who can offer her that security. She is very quick to learn and will make someone an outstanding horse. She is a very pretty filly with an excellent pedigree which could make her a fantastic breeding prospect for those of you who like to have a dual purpose animal. Acorn Dreamy Joe
Thistle was foaled in July 2006 and is by Desired Vision ex Seren Magie Joe. He is a striking purebred gelding with unusual facial markings and white socks on his off side legs. He will make around 15hh. Very solid and well coupled, he has matured a great deal this year and is quite a chunky, well muscled chap. He has a good performance pedigree. He has a nice steady temperament and is an excellent riding prospect. Thistle has now been sold to Frances Johnson who has also bought Acorn Boy Blue (see Foals 2007 page.) Dazzling April
This sorrel Section III yearling filly is by Tinsel King ex Dazzle, who has produced so many lovely offspring over the years. She will probably mature at 15.1hh or so. A lot of her siblings have turned out to be quite large and she too looks as if she will follow suit. She is quiet and has a super temperament yet retains some spark and presence. She has a lovely floaty action. I have retained two of her siblings over the years, Bobby Dazzler (see Mares page) and Rodney (see Stud News). Many of her siblings have gone on to do well under English and Western saddle (Stud News for some examples.) She herself has the potential to do well in virtually any discipline. £1,100 ono
Dazzling Moses
Moses is by Roslin Stud's Classys Star Buck (American Paint Horse) and ex Bobby Dazzler who is herself by Sonny Steele also a Paint Horse. This makes Moses 3/4 Paint! He is in fact a bay 2006 gelding although he does have four white socks and a white star. He has tons of character and personality as well as being a very polite young man. He is very well grown and could make at least 15.2hh. He has a friendly nature and will make some lucky person a lovely horse. He is particularly laid back and easy to handle. It is really hard to get a decent photo of him. He looks far nicer than this in the flesh. He is a tall youngster and looks to make at least 15.2hh. Again, he has matured a lot this summer.
