Full brother of Archer (Toys triple Child) who is being shown successfully and showing great promise in becoming a reiner. Will mature about 14.3 but stocky and certainly up to weight. LUCY
Lucy is a homozygous tobiano 14.2 10 year old traditional cob mare, with blue eyes.
Very evenly and attractively marked and would do well in the show ring either in hand or ridden. Lovely straight mover. Open to vet. No trials.
You can come and ide her as often as you wish where she is to make sure she is the one for you.
Forward going, but with brakes. Jumps coloured/solid fences and thoroughly enjoys herself doing it. She could benefit from some more schooling on her jumping and could progress to dressage.
She has been used only as a happy hacker for the past 3 years and is good to catch(sometimes a treat is required), shoe , box etc. She is mainly very good on the roads, but due to being in a very rural location needs more confidence with bigger unusual traffic, absolutely fine in company though.
Will go first or last, never naps, bucks, rears.
Would suit a competitive junior, or small adult wishing to have fun doing local shows etc.
Also a potential brood mare to guarantee colour.
This is a much regretted sale, but the owner wishes to concentrate on her daughter's future riding career and feels Lucy is wasted when she is capable of so very much more.
Lucy has been tested homozygous for the tobiano gene and will only throw a coloured foal no matter what stallion she is put to.
She can be sold with a covering from Toys Triple Chick if required. Has had a foal in the past but not with present owner.
